Duties
Greet guests with a genuine smile and positive attitude, establishing a welcoming atmosphere from the first interaction
Manage reservations efficiently using OpenTable
Escort guests to their tables promptly and assist with seating preferences or special requests
Maintain clear communication with servers, kitchen staff, and management to coordinate timely service and guest needs
Handle guest inquiries courteously over the phone and in person, providing information about menu items, specials, or restaurant policies
Monitor the dining area to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards
Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally to enhance overall satisfaction
Support other front-of-house operations as needed, including managing guest flow during busy periods and supporting team members in delivering excellent service
Experience
Previous host/host experience in a food service or hospitality environment is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a positive attitude above all
Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with guests, team members, and management effectively
Previous hospitality or serving experience is advantageous but not mandatory—training will be provided to help you succeed in this role
