We currently have immediate positions available for Team Members. This is a perfect opportunity for college students, retired men/women, and stay at home parents who wish to work a little or a lot! Our Team Members work together to provide excellent service and high-quality food in a clean, friendly and fun atmosphere.
As a Team Member, you'll prep food, make our delicious sandwiches, salads, and help with our pizza station. We will train you so no experience is necessary! Being a Marsala Ristorante Team Member involves all aspects of the following:
Our priority is customer service! Team members must be friendly and professional towards customers and each other at all times. Team members must be People Friendly!
Food prep. Team members will be trained to prepare food for use in the front of the house stations.
Prepare recipes. Team members will be trained to complete orders according to our recipes or as customers request. All orders are made fresh.
Restock. Team members will be trained to restock supplies and keep the flow of service running efficiently.
CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. Team members will be trained on how to keep the restaurant in tip top shape at all times!
Friendly People Person! Team members will not be trained how to be friendly people person you must already have that quality.
