We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to support our kitchen team during daytime service, five days a week (off Thursday and Sunday). Our business closes at 3pm to have you home in time for family.
The ideal candidate is punctual, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and specifications.
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies prior to service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment throughout the shift.
Ensure food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and on time.
Follow proper food handling procedures and safety standards.
Assist with prep work, receiving deliveries, and inventory as needed.
Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure seamless service.
Maintain consistency in portion sizes and presentation.
