Adventure Sea Kayak & SUP/Captiva Adventures is seeking outdoor enthusiasts to guide Kayak and/or SUP Tours from our location on Captiva Island (full or part time positions). Applicant will also rent Kayaks and SUP's. Applicant must have basic knowledge of Kayak & SUP paddle strokes and be able to teach paddling skills and techniques. Excellent customer service skills are a must. Position also requires delivery and pick of rental kayaks & SUP's, on Captiva (applicant must have a clean driving record).
Job requires helping guests on & off the water, lifting and cleaning paddle boards & kayaks. Applicant must be able to lift 50lbs. The applicant must also be able to process and receive payments for tours and rental activity. Local history, ecology, and environmental knowledge is a PLUS, as well as good organizational skills.
Applicant must have a good driving record and pass a background check.
