Job Description: Oversees a restaurant's back-of-house operations, managing staff, inventory, food preparation, and kitchen safety to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service. Key responsibilities include staffing and scheduling, inventory and supply management, quality control of food production and presentation, menu development assistance, and strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
