We are seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead and inspire our dining room team. The ideal candidate will be a polished hospitality professional with experience in fine dining, a strong presence on the floor, and the ability to train and motivate staff to uphold the highest service standards.
As a Front of House Supervisor, you will oversee daily dining operations, ensure seamless guest experiences, and support management in maintaining service excellence and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily front-of-house operations including reservations, seating, and service flow
Lead, train, and motivate servers, hosts, bussers, and bartenders
Ensure guests receive attentive, professional, and personalized service
Maintain a strong presence on the floor to anticipate and resolve service issues
Support management with scheduling, inventory, and operational logistics
Enforce cleanliness, presentation, and service standards in all areas
Assist in closing and opening the restaurant as needed.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth communication and consistency
Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory or lead experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments
Strong knowledge of service etiquette, wine, and food pairing
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end service environment
