Need a property maintenance person for a condominium in Ft. Myers Beach. General duties would include taking out trash & recycling bins out for pick up. General janitorial duties throughout the amenities and some light handyman work. The days are Monday and Thursday from 7am to 1pm. 12hrs a week

Background will be checked
Need someone with reliable transportation good communication skills, very responsible and must be agile.
