We’re a laid-back, locally owned bar in downtown Punta Gorda looking for a Cook who can sling burgers, crisp up wings, and have a little fun while doing it.
Your mission (should you choose to accept it):
Grill, fry, and plate like a pro (cape optional)
Keep the kitchen clean enough for Gordon Ramsay to approve (ok, maybe not that clean)
Work with a team that’s more like family (the fun kind, not the awkward holiday kind)
Handle the rush without losing your cool (or your spatula)
What we’re looking for:
Kitchen experience (line cook, grill, fryer—if you can handle heat, you’re our type)
Dependability – show up, gear up, cook up
A positive attitude – no kitchen divas
Ability to work fast, laugh often, and maybe sneak a fry (we won’t tell)
