Responsibilities:
Prepare and grill a variety of meats over charcoal, including steaks, sausages, and other traditional Argentine BBQ dishes.
Maintain the grill station, ensuring it’s clean, safe, and efficient.
Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standard of quality and presentation.
Work closely with kitchen staff to manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Foster a positive and collaborative environment with the kitchen team.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Argentinian Chef or Grill Master, specifically with charcoal grilling.
Strong knowledge of Argentine BBQ techniques and flavors, including asado, empanadas, and traditional side dishes.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain high-quality standards.
A passion for Argentine cuisine and grilling.
