Community Homes and Hearts in Cape Coral, Florida is seeking a full-time live-in caregiver to support two adult women to live successfully in their home in the community. Caregiver resides in the master suite and there is a living room adjacent to the master suite, leading to a large lanai. All expenses for housing and utilities are paid. Plus a full-time salary, also. The caregiver provides guidance and assistance to help two women with moderate cognitive disabilities to live in the home, go out and do their community activities five days a week, to get on their busses at the correct time, etc. Caregiver does a lot of the meal preparation, some of the housekeeping, and provides transport of the individuals to the grocery store and other necessities. This is a stable, career position. We are a 20-year-old company. We are laid back and we love to have fun, but we take quality of care seriously. Your training will be provided and paid for.
