Opening TWO new locations in North Port and Port Charlotte.
Position: Dental Hygienist
Responsibilities:
Perform thorough dental cleanings and oral examinations to assess patients' oral health.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized recommendations for at-home care.
Assist the dentist in clinical procedures such as periodontal charting, fluoride treatments, and sealant application.
Take dental x-rays as needed for diagnostic purposes.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatment plans.
Uphold strict infection control protocols and ensure a safe and hygienic clinical environment.
Qualifications:
Valid state dental hygiene license and CPR certification.
Proven experience as a dental hygienist preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong knowledge of dental hygiene principles, techniques, and procedures.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
Detail-oriented and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
