Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care to individuals in various settings, including hospice care, assisted living, and nursing homes. This role requires a nurturing personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with patients of all ages and abilities.
Responsibilities
Provide personal care services to patients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Monitor patients’ health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
Administer first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of all patients.
Assist with meal preparation and ensure that dietary needs are met.
Support individuals with disabilities by providing tailored care that promotes independence and quality of life.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by following proper hygiene practices and safety protocols.
Document patient care activities accurately and timely in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus).
Experience in caregiving or support roles preferred.
Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented.
Strong communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Level II Background Screening
CPR/First Aid
Completion of Train.org APD-Approved Trainings: (WILL BE PROVIDED)
