The Senior Resource Group is looking for a dynamic, very organized and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse. Our senior living community, The Carlisle Naples located in Naples, FL is a great setting if you enjoy working with seniors. This full time position supports the Director of Assisted Living with administrative and supervisory responsibilities to ensure care coverage. Must be willing to work any shift even though the main schedule will be 10:00 a.m. to 6:00p.m.
Essential Duties:
Assist the Director of Assisted LivingÂwithÂall administrative and supervisory duties.
Completes medical forms,Âreports, evaluations, charting, etc.
Creates and maintains staffing schedules.
Supervise, train, and direct residentÂassistants, medication aides, and caregivers.
Perform resident assessments.
Make rounds to assessÂquality of care performance and teamwork by employees, assuring qualityÂservice.
Provides oversight ofÂother nurses.
Updates LOCAs.
Provides pharmacy andÂmedication management.Qualifications:Â
Current LPN license.
Minimum one (1) year of experience in the health, human services and/or community services field.
Must possess a high degree of interpersonal relations skills and capability
of relating to a variety of people and personalities. Initiative, judgment, and leadership skills also
required.
