Caregiver Needed for a Wonderful 62-Year-Old Lady with Developmental Disabilities
We are seeking a compassionate and patient caregiver for a 62-year-old lady with developmental disabilities who enjoys a peaceful environment. She loves watching her favorite shows, playing on her computer, and occasionally going out into the community. She prefers the comfort and quiet of her own home and does not have pets.
Responsibilities:
Assisting with daily activities of living (ADLs), including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
Providing companionship and support while respecting her need for a calm, quiet environment.
Helping with occasional outings to the community.
Understanding her cues as she can vocalize her needs but is not a big talker.
Qualifications:
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
Patience, understanding, and the ability to provide gentle guidance.
Ability to create a supportive and positive environment.
