Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Supporting clients in daily living activities while promoting their independence.
- Helping with meal preparation and ensuring proper nutrition.
- Assisting with medication management and reminders.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life.
- Facilitating mobility and transportation to appointments and activities.
- Maintaining a clean and safe living environment through light housekeeping.
- Collaborating with families and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in personal support care or a related field.
- Understanding of the unique needs of individuals with disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus (we offer reimbursement for certification/training).
- Must have or be able to pass Level 2 Background Screening (we provide reimbursement for fingerprinting).
