We are a small Private Duty Home Health Agency (NO MEDICARE) whose looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse with at least 1 year of supervisory experience to join our team as the Director of Nursing. The right candidate should have previous experience. Experience in Home Health is a plus. The nurse selected for this role will work with our Alternate Director of Nursing to oversee all aspects of care and services including:
Oversee clinical, quality assurance/performance improvement activities
Supervising CNA/HHA Staff
Interview, hire and orient employees to our company
This is an Office position for the most part, Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. (There could be some flexibility in the day time hours). There will also be a rotating schedule for answering calls every other weekend.
