We are a small Private Duty Home Health Agency (NO MEDICARE) whose looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. The right candidate should have previous experience in Home Health. This position can be full time or part time. The nurse selected for this role will work with our Director of Nursing to oversee all aspects of care and services including:
New Client Assessment and reassessments according to policy
Med Management
Supervising CNA/HHA Staff
Scheduling
Interview, hire and orient employees to our company
Clinical, quality assurance/performance improvement activities
