The Maintenance Technician position is required to visit currently rented and vacant houses and apartments. They will repair defects, damages, and broken that have been identified on the work order, such as, leaking toilets, broken ceiling fans, and broken door knobs. It may be necessary to visit multiple sights each day. We prefer the applicant to have extensive knowledge of home repairs.

REQUIREMENTS:
3 years of experience in the trades
Valid Drivers License
Reliable Vehicle - pickup or van
Good communication skills
MUST HAVE knowledge and be able to perform the basics in plumbing, electrical work, Hvac, Drywall, and painting.
MUST HAVE basic tools - hammer, screw drivers, drill, tape measure, ladder, etc
MUST HAVE to pass a thorough Background check
