We are currently hiring for a Full Time Maintenance Technician for the right person. We are seeking a team member that will be a good fit for our company and team.
The Maintenance Technician is required to visit currently rented and vacant houses and apartments. They will repair/replace defective or damaged items that have been identified on the work order. It may be necessary to visit multiple sights each day. They will also prepare homes for new tenants by getting the homes "rent ready". The hours will range from 35 – 40 hrs for full time. The applicant MUST have an extensive knowledge of home repairs, their own tools, and a pickup truck or van. Due to Florida Laws we are unable to hire anyone with a felony or excessive misdemeanors.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
3 years of experience in the trades
Valid Driver's License
Reliable Vehicle - pickup or van
Good communication skills
Must Have knowledge and be able to perform the basics in plumbing, electrical work, Hvac, Drywall, and painting.
Must Have basic tools - hammer, screw drivers, drill, tape measure, ladder, etc
Must Be Able to pass an extremely thorough Background check
