Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and Bi-Lingual Field Supervisor to oversee daily contracted services at a Shopping Center in Fort Myers. This role focuses on managing the exterior maintenance of the shopping center parking lot, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the cleaning crew and ensure quality control of all services provided.
Maintain regular communication with customer to meet and exceed expectations.
Assist in the setup and coordination of events as needed.
Ensure daily sweeping and maintenance of parking lots.
Qualifications:
Experience in maintenance supervision is preferred.
Fluency in Spanish is required.
Self-motivated with strong leadership skills.
Reliable transportation is essential.
Compensation:
Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 per year, with first-year earning potential.

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
