This is a Part-Time position, 2-3 days per/week ,10 to 15 hours per/week, $20.00 per/hour. Great for Retirees And also someone in need of a little extra income. Must have valid Driver license. Working hours are 8:am-1:pm, Monday through Friday NO weekends.
DUTIES: Maintaining common areas such as Vacuuming, Moping, Replenishing supplies like soap & paper towels, cleaning windows, Empty trash & Recyling bins, maintain pool deck and furniture, Dusting, painting and minor repairs such has replacing light bulbs, door handles & repairing minor leaks.
