We need someone who is:

Reliable & Punctual: You're here when you say you'll be here, every time.
Honest: Trustworthiness is paramount in our line of work.
Coachable & Detail-Oriented: You can follow clear directions and strive for excellent quality.
Self-Motivated: You see what needs to be done and get it done.
Has Reliable Transportation: You can get to job sites efficiently.
