We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to service Airbnb vacation rentals in Manasota Key / Englewood, FL.
This is not standard house cleaning. These are short-term rentals and must be cleaned to hotel-level standards with consistency, attention to detail, and proper documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience cleaning Airbnb or short-term rentals
Ability to handle same-day turnovers (time-sensitive)
Strong attention to detail (beds made cleanly and professionally, spotless surfaces)
Comfortable following a cleaning checklist and restocking inventory
Reliable transportation and punctual arrival times
Willingness to take clear before-and-after photos after each clean
Able to communicate clearly and promptly by text
Dependable, honest, and consistent
Duties Include:
Full turnover cleans between guests
Hotel-style bed making
Bathroom and kitchen deep sanitation
Laundry (linens & towels)
Restocking consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.)
Reporting any damage, low inventory, or maintenance issues immediately
Occasional deep cleans as needed
Pay:
Competitive per-clean rate (based on unit size and scope)
Deep cleans paid at a higher rate
Reliable, ongoing work for the right person

This role requires accountability.
Start times matter. Photo documentation matters. Communication matters.
If you’ve had issues with showing up on time, cutting corners, or skipping documentation, this will not be a good fit.
