Location: North Fort Myers - Sarasota - Punta Gorda - Cape Coral
Position: Landscape Crew Leader
Pay:$1000 weekly
Hours: 50 hours per week (10 hour day) Monday - Friday
7am-5pm
You can start tomorrow! We need 5 people, so if you know others that might be interested with experience, we can give you a bonus if you bring on other good help and they stay with us for a minimum of 90 days.

Position Overview:
We are seeking Experienced Landscape Crew members to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and renovation projects.
- Assist in the installation and removal of plants and trees
- Lay sod and help install irrigation systems
- Operate tools and equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols on the job site
- Collaborate with team members to get the job done efficiently and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow directions from supervisors and contribute positively to team dynamic
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in landscaping.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of landscape design principles and installation techniques.
-Bilingual a major + - as several members of the crew speaks Spanish / Little English
