Seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance Technician to maintain our Lee County shopping centers. This position is responsible for the overall upkeep and maintenance of the facilities and grounds. Responsibilities will include exterior and interior general maintenance and handyman repairs, as well as janitorial duties.
Job requirements:
Full time.
Must have at least 2 years’ experience as a handyman/maintenance position to include experience with light electrical & plumbing, carpentry & drywall repair, painting, and pressure washing.
Attention to detail, excellent attendance, and the drive to work hard and be pro-active is essential.
Successful candidates will be flexible to work on varying projects at facilities throughout Sanibel/Captiva, and Ft. Myers.
