Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a crew of turf installers, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to deadlines.
- Oversee project schedules, materials, and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Conduct site prep, turf layout, cutting, and installation as needed.
- Train and mentor crew members to improve skills and maintain safety standards.
- Communicate with clients and management to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in artificial turf installation (at least 2 years).
- Bilingual
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of tools, materials, and techniques used in turf installation.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and measurements.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Must be physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
