In search of a versatile person to help management company clean units, operate wash & fold at laundromat, and other duties. The person needs to have a valid Florida Driver License for a company provided vehicle. Duties revolve around several properties depending on the need. At least 1 day on the weekend is required. This is a 40 hour per week job from 8 am - 4:30 pm. Applicant needs to be motivated and will to take on assigned tasks and hopefully learn more on the job.
