Full-Time maintenance position available in a luxury high-rise Condo in Naples.
Monday- Friday 7am to 3pm- flexible.
The applicant needs to be handy with a basic knowledge of all aspects of building operation.
The job requires moderate physical activity and stamina to handle a full shift of being active and working on the building and grounds.
We will provide uniform.
Background check and drug test required.
$30/ hour to start with annual increases, health, vision and dental insurance, paid vacation and bonuses based on performance.
