Position: Experienced Tech/ Handyman
Location: CAPE CORAL, FL
Qualifications:
- Must have your own truck and tools.
- Willingness to travel within a 40–60-mile radius of CAPE CORAL, FL.
- General "make-ready" and handyman experience is necessary.
- Specialty tradesmen are also encouraged to apply.
- Lead technician and crew management experience are a plus.
- Maintenance experience is a plus.

Requirements:
- Completion of onboarding paperwork, including a light background check.
- Experience working in residential homes, both vacant and occupied.

- Excellent communication skills to provide estimates and quotes.
- Licenses and certificates (not required but a plus if available)
