Our company is looking for a full-time HVAC Installer Helper to join our team.
About us:
Bohall's Total Comfort is a full-service air conditioning, heating, and plumbing contractor. We install complete heating and air conditioning systems as well as service and replace water heaters, pool heaters, and pool pumps. We service Ft Myers, Cape Coral, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, North Port, Englewood, Venice, and Sarasota.
Responsibilities:
Install new residential/ commercial heating and air conditioning systems
Ensure a company-wide commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
Installation of sheet metal duct and HVAC equipment
Produce quality workmanship while completing projects on time and on budget
Support lead installer in maintaining a clean, organized job site
Assist lead installer in all HVAC system installations; be efficient and accurate
Set/mount equipment, rough-in and trim duct systems, experience installing duct systems
Experienced working with sheet metal/HVAC in a commercial setting
Ground level as well as working from 6 – 12 foot heights
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
Must have own transportation
Ability to Comply with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures, including safety procedures
Safety Conscious
Willingness and ability to work alone or as part of a team
Experience in HVAC installation is preferred but not required
On-the-job training
Flexible and willing to learn
You’re tech savvy you can diagnose a problem and make recommendations to fix it
Good teamwork skills
