GRS Community Management is seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician in Naples, FL to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance and be proficient in various technical skills. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Monday -Friday 40 hours on call Saturday and Sunday. Starting at $24 based on experience
Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety protocols.
Responsible for day to day maintenance, upkeep and cleaning of community facilities and common areas
Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively
Conduct inspections of facilities to identify potential problems and perform necessary repairs
Collaborate with team members to develop maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks
Skills:
Strong leadership abilities
Ability to read and understand schematics for various systems
Knowledge of facilities maintenance best practices
Excellent Customer Service skills to interact effectively with staff and residents
Proficiency in English for clear communication
