Maintenance Supervisor- Full Time- Lovers Key Resort
Responsible for ensuring all work orders and maintenance department projects and assignments are completed on time according to quality standards & within budget constraints. Assists the property General Manager with scheduling of employees, completing inventory counts, supply orders & maintaining department budget. Must be able to perform all duties of a maintenance technician including plumbing, heating/air repairs, basic electrical & carpentry knowledge. Ensures all common areas, rooms, banquet space, restrooms, offices & stairwells are in good repair; performing custodial duties where required and assisting the Housekeeping Department as needed. Minimum. 1 year prior supervisory experience in Maintenance is required. Must be able to read, write & speak English; bi-lingual is a plus. Flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as required.
