The Fort Myers News-Press is seeking individuals who are interested in working for the News-Press within our Distribution Department. This is a part time entry level position within the organization.
The role starts at $16 an hour. There is opportunity for advancement if new skills are learned.

The is a physical role with minimal office work. Involves taking bundles of newspapers off pallets, unloading box and semi trucks, using an electronic and manual pallet jack, emptying trash and sweeping up before you leave
This role works 5 night s a week, generally 5 to 6 hours a night, Shifts vary in start times, either 7:00 pm to 1:00 am or 9:00 pm until 2:00 am

We will train you on how to operate pallet jacks and forklifts if need be.
Weekend work is a must, Friday, Saturday and Sunday night shifts will be scheduled every week. If you cannot work weekends, this opportunity is not for you.
Facility is located off Old Hwy 41, near Suncoast Furniture.
