Location: Naples, FL
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 12:00 Noon
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour – Payroll processed weekly, with taxes deducted
We are seeking a reliable Part-Time Groundskeeper to assist with maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of an apartment community. This position is offered through our staffing agency and is temporary, with potential for extension or permanent placement.
Job Duties Include:
General upkeep of the property grounds
Sweeping, blowing, power washing and removing debris
Emptying trash receptacles
Light landscaping assistance (weeding, trimming, watering as needed)
Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
Requirements:
Must be immediately available to start work
Able to pass a local and national background check
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Reliable transportation to and from work
