Maintenance Part-time, 2-3 days a week 7am-1pm and every other Saturday-2hrs
The Handyman/Maintenance Worker works to assure all areas of the Park are maintained in a clean, attractive, well-functioning manner. This position needs someone with a well balanced knowledge and have the ability to work these areas:
Maintenance-Cleaning-Some landscaping on common grounds, Sewer/Water systems, Plumbing, Painting, Mechanical repair, Mowers, Blowers, Trimmers, Irrigation Systems, some lifting.
Would like a creative problem solver and someone willing to learn.
