We are a growing, high-end pool construction & maintenance company seeking an experienced Pool Equipment Installer for new installations, upgrades, and equipment replacements.
Job Responsibilities:
Install new pool equipment: pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems, automation & lighting
Replace and repair existing pool equipment
Perform plumbing work
Start-up and testing of new equipment systems
Diagnose equipment failures and recommend solutions
Work on new construction, remodels, and service upgrades
Maintain clean, organized job sites
Communicate clearly with supervisors regarding job status
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years hands-on experience (MUST HAVE)
Strong knowledge of pool equipment brands (Pentair, Jandy, Hayward, etc.)
Valid Florida driver’s license
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Must be clean, professional, and respectful with clients
Basic English communication required
