We are a well-established pool company with over four decades of trusted service, and we’re looking for a full-time Pool Service Technician to join our team!
Position Overview:
As a Pool Service Technician, you will play a vital role in customer satisfaction by starting up new pools, educating customers on the systems and equipment they’ll be using, and providing top-tier service and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
Perform pool start-ups and system walkthroughs with new customers
Educate customers on proper use and maintenance of pool systems
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clear driving record (company vehicle provided)
Must be CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certified OR willing to obtain certification within 30 days of employment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player
Previous experience in pool service is a plus, but not required
