Part-time to start, pool cleaning technician needed to join our team. Position is Monday through Friday starting in the early morning. The hourly rate will be discussed. The person for this position will be working outdoors.
Applicant needs to have strong customer service skills and be self-motivated, team player. The job is mostly independent work and involves driving from customer to customer in a company provided vehicle.
Responsibilities:
Inspect pool equipment and notify office of any problems or concerns.
Net leaves, Brush pool surface, vacuum and clean tile for residential pool customers.
Test and adjust water chemistry.
Clean filter elements as needed or monthly.
Clean pump and skimmer baskets, daily.
Any other assigned duties related to the maintaining of a swimming pool.
Performance Incentive: Weekly and monthly extra pay incentives.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Able to pass background check. Can discuss.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Knowledge in the pool industry is not required.
This job requires the lifting, moving, and handling of heavy materials 40lbs.
Must be able to stand, bend, and stretch throughout the day.
