Seeking to fill a fulltime PORTER role responsible for the cleaning and housekeeping of a BRAND NEW apartment community located in Port Charlotte. This position offers fulltime hourly employment at a competitive salary with a strong benefit package including:
-Over 4 weeks of total PAID TIME OFF per year

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Perform such functions as clearing debris from grounds, cleaning office and common areas.
Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready.
Perform other general janitorial duties as assigned.
Requirements
Ability to perform general custodial duties.
Ability to handle multiple priorities.
Ability to operate machinery and equipment necessary to perform the porter’s duties including: backpack vacuum, pressure washer, hand blower, etc.
