Property Manager with Maintenance Skills
Position: Property Manager
Location: FT Myers Beach and Pine Island
Salary: $55,000 per year (DOE)

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Property Manager who can oversee our properties while also performing essential maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of properties
Perform simple maintenance duties, including but not limited to:
o Sprinkler repairs
o Plumbing tasks
o Electrical troubleshooting
o Landscaping upkeep
o Pool maintenance
o Appliance repairs
o Painting and touch-ups
o General clean-up and maintenance
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized services as needed.
Conduct regular inspections of multiple properties to identify maintenance needs.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks
Communicate effectively with homeowner and address their concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in property management or a related field.
Basic knowledge of maintenance duties, including plumbing, electrical, landscaping, and pool care.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable transportation to travel between properties.
Ability to lift and carry equipment as needed.
