JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe parking area by collecting and disposing of trash, debris, and recyclables throughout the lot. Duties include walking or driving designated routes, emptying bins, using basic cleaning tools, and reporting maintenance issues. Must be reliable, attentive to detail, able to work outdoors in all weather, and capable of light physical labor such as lifting and extended walking.
