Part-Time to Full-Time Packing and Shipping Assistant - North Fort Myers
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and energetic individual to join our team in North Fort Myers as a Packing and Shipping Assistant.
This role starts as part-time (around 30-40 hours per week) with the strong potential to quickly transition into a full-time position as our company continues to grow.
What You'll Be Doing:
Accurately picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment.
Generating shipping labels and ensuring all packages meet carrier requirements (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.).
Maintaining a clean and organized shipping area and inventory space.
Assisting with inventory counts and receiving incoming shipments.
Communicating with team members to ensure all orders are processed in a timely manner.
What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to lift and move packages up to 40 lbs.
Basic computer skills (familiarity with shipping software is a plus, but not required).
Reliable transportation to our North Fort Myers location.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
