About Us: My name is Anthony, and I am the owner of Boulevard Film Co., a rapidly growing video production company based in Naples, Florida. In the past three months, we have welcomed several new clients, and we are now seeking our first employee.
Position: Creative Assistant
We are looking for a creative assistant who is eager to learn and grow with us. The job description and compensation will evolve over time. Ideally, we are looking for candidates aged 20-35 with experience in marketing and social media. A strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube is essential. This position is perfect for someone starting out or looking to begin a career in photography and video production.
Current Responsibilities:
Script dialogue for video shoots
Create individualized content guides for clients
Develop shot lists for video projects
Assist with video shoots for events, monthly client content, and branding projects
Be willing to travel
Lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs
Operate a camera as a second shooter, if needed
Engage in meaningful conversations with clients
Support clients during shoots, allowing the lead shooter to focus
Manage scheduling tasks
Job Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
No felony convictions or misdemeanors involving theft
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Basic knowledge of video production and photography
Strong communication skills; extroversion is a significant plus
About Us: We collaborate with prestigious brands such as Rolls Royce, Ferrari, Patek Philippe, The Gold Center, John R. Wood, The Strand, and more. Our work spans various industries, including real estate, weddings, events, luxury automobiles, and jewelry.
As we continue to grow, opportunities for full-time employment will become available. Additionally, we offer a 10% commission for any referrals that result in bookings. Our rates range from $1,500 to $10,000 for a single video.
