You will work closely with the owner and sales team and assist with a variety of marketing initiatives including photographing and filming vehicles, posting them on our website, email marketing, assisting in rebranding campaigns, business development campaigns, and all the various marketing objectives.
Your responsibilities will also include recording and inputting data into CRM tools, sending appointment confirmations, answering incoming calls, assisting in administrative and marketing tasks in the sales showroom, social media content creation, overseeing marketing 3rd party sites, and merchandising vehicles for sale. With numerous opportunities for growth, this position will allow you to develop and enhance your marketing, communication, and sales skills. This position includes competitive pay and benefits along with a Monday - Friday schedule. Great phone skills are a must!
Position Overview:
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the marketing efforts of our vehicle fleet. This role requires a bilingual individual (Spanish and English) who can effectively communicate with our diverse customer base. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Taking and uploading high-quality photos of vehicles into our marketing software/website platform.
Creating and managing marketing ads and posting photos on social media platforms.
Engaging with potential customers for initial contact and lead generation.
Passing qualified leads to our sales team for follow-up.
Translating communications and assisting the sales team in closing deals with our Spanish-speaking customers.
Supporting additional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
-Fluent in Spanish and English (both spoken and written).
-Experience in marketing, particularly in the automotive or dealership sector, is preferred.
-Proficient in using marketing software and social media platforms.
-Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
-Experience in Google My Business and social media marketing is a plus!
