CNC Machinist - Set ups
Ideal candidate should be able to work well independently with a strong focus on quality and precision. The job duties consist of the following:
Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to make metal parts
Make tool changes and adjustments
Review drawings, instructions, and blueprints to ensure accurate production
Check parts for quality assurance; Use inspection equipment
Deburring parts as needed
Identifies need to repair/performs some machine maintenance
Maintains a safe and clean work area
Qualifications:
4+ years CNC experience
Ability to read blueprint and produce parts to spec
Experience using inspection equipment
Certification, Diploma, or Associates degree a plus
Strong attention to detail, accuracy and safety
Excellent coordination and mechanical skills
Hours: 8am-4:30pm Monday through Friday
Pay: $13.00-$30.00/hr based on experience.
