Job Description
Seeking a well-versed Plumber for underground, new construction work and fixture installations. The role involves working with cast iron pipe, no hub, and installing a drain waste and vent system. Experience in reading blueprints/specifications is required. Proficiency in rough ins- above ground and underground (installing vents, sewers, connections, and waterlines), and finish or trim out is a must. The role involves new construction and renovation work in large commercial projects. Minimum 5 years of experience is preferred. Basic hand tool proficiency, ability to install, repair pipes, fittings or fixtures of heating, water, or drainage systems according to specifications or plumbing codes are necessary.
Hard Skills
Proficiency in cutting and threading pipe
Ability to read blueprints/specifications

Basic hand tool proficiency
Ability to install, repair pipes, fittings or fixtures of heating, water, or drainage systems
Experience in assembling pipe sections, tubing, or fittings

Experience in directing helpers engaged in pipe cutting, preassembly, or installation of plumbing systems or components
Experience with underground storm, sanitary, or water piping systems

This is a contract to hire role, with multiple jobs already lined up in the Naples Area
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Naples, Florida.
Work Environment
The work environment includes a new construction site - Hospital and a new housing development. Candidates must be comfortable working in the elements and working alongside other contractors. The work schedule is Monday to Saturday, 7 am onwards with some opportunities for overtime.
