Exciting new electronics and machine assembly position! (Cape Coral)
We are looking for someone that is excited and interested in electronics assembly. We are looking for an experienced machine operator to help our existing team. We are looking for someone that has great attention to detail, has experience operating Pick and Place, Wave Soldering and other PCB Assembly Equipment and knows how to solder. We are willing to train / teach the right person!
The only thing we ask is that you have the following qualities:
1) Has good attention to detail and likes to work with their hands
2) Excited and hungry to learn new things
3) Capable of following instructions
4) Must live in or close to Cape Coral, FL area and have a driver's license and a reliable car so that you can come to work on time every day.
5) Somebody that is clean-cut, punctual, careful, respectful, and is responsible.
Some job responsibilities include:
Assisting in circuit board assembly. You will actually put together circuit boards using the help of our robotic equipment! Once the PCB is assembled there may be some hand soldering / assembly operations that will be required. Once the product is assembled, the units will need programming and testing. You will be required to inspect all of the things that we make! So having good attention to detail is very important.
You will be working directly for our head manufacturing engineer and supporting design engineers on a daily basis. There is a lot going on! We have a lot to show and teach you!
This is a full time position. After your 3 month probationary period you will have access to our Health, Dental and Vision Insurance.
