Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am to 4pm

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to support our daily operations. This position involves physical labor, including the handling and moving of large and heavy glass panels. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn glass fabrication over time.

Key Responsibilities:
Safely load, unload, and move glass and mirror products within the warehouse and to/from delivery trucks
Inspect incoming and outgoing glass for defects or damage
Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment
Assist in staging materials for installation crews
Follow all safety protocols for handling glass
Learn and assist with basic glass fabrication processes (cutting, edging, etc.)
Inventory control: track materials and report shortages or discrepancies
Operate warehouse tools and equipment (glass racks, suction cups, hand tools, etc.)
Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements:
Must be able to lift and carry large/heavy glass panels (up to 75 lbs or more with assistance)
Comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and safety
Valid driver’s license (preferred)
Willingness to learn and grow into a fabrication role
Prior warehouse or construction experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to work well in a team environment
