Job Overview
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. Should have Exterior Painting/Construction Restoration Contract Administration experience. We are a Painting and Remodeling Contractor looking for someone who has experience with working for a contractor.
Responsibilities:
Process Bid Requests
Support Contract Manager in creating new customer contracts
Updating existing Contracts
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
Process change orders
Provide information about products and services
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience
Required skills and qualifications:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Proficiency in using computers and various software and applications
Bilingual proficiency is a plus
Excellent time management skills
Experience in Office filing and organization

Pay: salary based. $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday
