Currently seeking experienced and bilingual Leasing Agents for work opportunities at apartment communities in Cape Coral and Fort Myers. These are temporary positions being offered through our staffing agency and can start right away, with the potential to become permanent for the right individuals.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and providing exceptional customer service
- Greeting current and future residents with a warm and professional demeanor
- Taking maintenance requests and coordinating with the maintenance team
- Showing apartments to prospective tenants
- Posting rent payments and assisting with other office duties as needed
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable personality
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Strong computer knowledge
- Previous lease-up experience preferred
- Must be reliable, punctual, and ready to work
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a local and national background check
Mon-Fri, some weekends included, hours between 9a-6p, $18-$19 per hour depending on experience.
